Aaron's career spans nearly four decades in human resources, organisational development, and leadership. What began as a passion for understanding how people learn and grow has evolved into a mission to help organisations navigate the most transformative era in modern business history.
For 38 years, Aaron has worked with leaders and teams across industries—from global enterprises to emerging organisations—helping them build cultures where people thrive. He's witnessed four decades of organisational change: the rise of digital, the shift to remote work, the acceleration of AI. Through it all, one principle has remained constant: people must remain at the centre of transformation.
In 2021, Aaron made a deliberate choice to go deep on artificial intelligence. Not to replace his human expertise, but to amplify it. For the past 3.5 years, he's been immersed in AI—studying it, building with it, and most importantly, learning how to help organisations adopt it in ways that enhance rather than diminish human potential.
Today, Aaron runs BotLab Foundry as a fully AI-powered practice. He doesn't just advise on human-AI collaboration—he lives it daily. This isn't theoretical. It's lived experience, tested in real time, with real stakes.
Every language I learned, every country I lived in, taught me something fundamental: human potential is boundless. AI can amplify it, but it can never replace it.
